targets.
In particular you will be able to demonstrate a high level of F& I conversion
in your current role, and while previous experience within this role would be ideal
it is not essential as full training will be given
You will need to be enthusiastic, tenacious and take personal responsibility for
your own performance and results. Working as part of a team is a major part of the
role so good communication skills are essential

New Car Sales Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our outstanding new car sales team at Drive Vauxhall Leicester. This is a senior position and would suit an individual who is ready for a new challenge. You will be able to control the new car sales team and have excellent working knowledge of all aspects of the Car Sales Industry and the market place. You will also need to be able to accurately value vehicles both retail and trade, control stock levels and motivate staff.
You will need to be ambitious and a capable Sales Manager who has a proven track record and experience of running a sales team preferably within a volume franchise, used to a disciplined sales process. Vehicle Technician

Salary : Circa £20,000 pa + Bonus depending upon experience
Hours: 08:30 to 17:30 Mon – Fri 08:30 to 12:00 Sat on rota
Due to continued success our very busy aftersales department is expanding and therefore
we are seeking qualified vehicle technicians as well as MOT testers.
Main dealer experience is preferred but not essential as full Vauxhall and Drive
training will be available to help further your skills.
You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, have excellent customer handling skills
and take personal responsibility for the quality and quantity of work you deliver.
You will also be experienced and competent at accurately using IT equipment.
